Prompts
Prompts I actually run
Not a library, not a listicle. Each one is a prompt from my own operation, with the story of when I last used it and what it produces.
Why publish working prompts free? Because of the line I keep coming back to in the rent-vs-own post: rent products, own your process. A prompt is the smallest unit of owned process there is. It costs you nothing monthly, it works in whatever chat window you already pay for, and if it sharpens how you think about hiring, email, or deals, you'll know exactly what a wired-in version would be worth — and what to demand from anyone selling you one. Every prompt here has a copy button and no strings on it.

Find Your Everest (and Your First Key Hire)
A member asked for this one after a community call. An interview that pins down the one mountain you're climbing, your natural role, and whether your first key person is an integrator or an operator.

The Email Triage Interview
Companion to the email triage market map. Map your inbox's real categories and rules before you buy any AI email tool, and walk away with a rulebook you can hand to any tool or any VA.

The 10-Minute Deal Screen
The screen a deal has to pass before it earns underwriting hours: actuals over proforma, taxes at the new price, claims that need documents, and the exact five documents to request before any number is discussed.
Want new prompts as they go up?
Prompts and posts go out on the same list. One email when something new is published, nothing else.
These prompts are the manual versions of systems I build wired-in. If one of them earns a permanent place in your week, that's usually the signal it's worth automating.
